How do I book a viewing?
Open the property you're interested in and send an enquiry, or contact us directly. Our team confirms a date and time with you, and accompanies you on site.
Are the prices on the website negotiable?
Listed prices are asking prices set by the owner. Where there is room to negotiate we will advise you, and we handle the negotiation on your behalf.
Why are some properties priced in USD and others in KES?
Each property is advertised in the currency the owner is asking for. We show that currency exactly as set — for example KES 25,000,000 or USD 250,000 — and we never convert prices automatically.
How is rent displayed?
Rental listings show both the currency and the payment frequency, for example KES 350,000 / month or USD 7,753 / quarter, so you know exactly what is due and how often.
Do you help with property management?
Yes. We handle tenant screening and placement, rent collection, maintenance, inspections and financial reporting for landlords and investors.
How do I list my property with you?
Use the List a Property button or contact us. We arrange a valuation, agree a marketing strategy, then photograph, list and promote your property to qualified buyers or tenants.
Do you charge for a valuation?
An initial market appraisal for owners considering a sale or letting through us is free. Formal valuation reports for banks or legal purposes are quoted separately.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across Nairobi and its suburbs, and handle selected listings in other parts of Kenya. Get in touch if your area isn't listed.
